Germinating cannabis seeds is the first and most crucial step in growing healthy plants. The paper towel method is one of the easiest ways. Place your seeds between two moist (not soaking wet) paper towels, put them in a dark, warm area (around 22–25°C), and wait 2–5 days.
Once you see tiny white roots appear, gently plant the seeds root-down about half an inch into moist soil or a starter plug. Keep the environment humid and warm. Avoid touching the root directly — it’s very delicate. Within a few days, seedlings will emerge and begin growing leaves.
