A cannabis plant has a unique and beautiful structure. It typically grows tall with a sturdy main stem and multiple leafy branches. The leaves are iconic — long, narrow, and serrated, with five to nine pointed fingers.
In early growth, the plant is bright green and full of fan leaves. As it matures, the female plant develops dense clusters of buds covered in shiny trichomes, while the male plant shows small, pollen-filled sacs. Depending on the strain, cannabis can range from short and bushy (indica) to tall and slender (sativa). Its aroma and color deepen as it nears harvest time.
